North Florida Surgery Center, Inc., is a free standing outpatient ambulatory surgery center performing gastroenterology and ophthalmology procedures.  The center is licensed by the State of Florida, Medicare approved, and accredited by the Joint Commission for 20 years.

 

Established in 1996, we are the oldest ambulatory surgery center in Columbia County.  We aspire to serve the people of our community.  Many of our patients come from the surrounding counties of North Florida including Suwannee, Hamilton, Bradford, Union, Baker, Alachua, Lafayette, Gilchrist, Dixie, Madison and Taylor.

 

Our physicians and staff are committed to providing quality health care in a cost efficient way.  Our facility is conveniently located and has an inviting and comforting atmosphere.  Every procedure is performed with the utmost care with your safety and comfort in mind.  Our experienced gastroenterologists and ophthalmologists are Board certified in their specialties.  They are committed to providing excellent care with quality and safety in mind.
